Custom and bespoke dresses are made to order and require accurate measurements provided by the customer. PearlChloefits is not responsible for incorrect sizing details supplied by the customer.

3. Pricing & Payment

Prices are displayed in GBP (£) unless otherwise stated.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, PayPal, Klarna, Shop Pay and other secure payment methods.

Payment must be completed before an order is processed.

4. Shipping & Delivery

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to courier delays or customs.

Customers are responsible for providing correct delivery information.

5. Returns & Refunds

Ready-to-ship items may be returned within 14 days in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.

Custom and bespoke dresses are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged, except if faulty.
