Ready-to-Ship Dresses: Orders are processed within 2–3 business days.

Custom & Bespoke Orders: Please allow 10–21 business days for production before shipping, depending on the complexity of the design.

2. Shipping Options

UK Standard Shipping: 3–5 business days

UK Express Shipping: 1–2 business days

International Shipping (Worldwide): 7–14 business days (delivery times may vary depending on destination and customs).

3. Shipping Fees

Free UK shipping on orders over £50.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout for international orders.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
