1. What sizes do you offer?

We create outfits for boys and girls aged 1 – 10 years. Some items are available in custom sizes on request.

2. Are the outfits ready-made or custom?

We offer both! You’ll find ready-to-wear pieces in our store, but we also accept custom orders for unique designs, special occasions, or size adjustments.

3. How long does shipping take?

UK Orders: 3 – 7 working days

Worldwide Delivery: 7 – 14 working days (depending on location)

4. What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is unworn, unwashed, and in its original packaging. Custom orders are non-refundable.

5. Do you make matching outfits?

Yes! We can create matching sets for siblings or family looks on request.

6. How do I care for my child’s outfit?

• Hand wash or use a gentle machine wash cycle.

• Do not bleach.

• Air dry to maintain fabric quality.

• For delicate dresses with tulle, sequins, or embellishments, dry cleaning is recommended.

7. How do I place a custom order?
