At PearlChloefits, we take pride in creating high-quality African-inspired and luxury dresses for your mini queens. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, please review our return policy below:

1. Ready-to-Ship Dresses

Return Window: You may return eligible ready-to-ship dresses within 14 days of receiving your order.

Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags attached.

Process: To initiate a return, please contact us at infopearlchloefits.com within the 14-day period. Once approved, you will be responsible for the cost of return shipping.

Refunds: Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

2. Custom-Made & Bespoke Dresses

Final Sale: All custom, personalised, or made-to-measure orders are non-refundable and non-exchangeable unless the item arrives damaged or defective.

If there is a defect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we will work with you to resolve the issue.

3. Additional Notes

We do not accept returns on accessories, sale items, or gift cards.

PearlChloefits reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet our policy conditions.
